Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight and manage inventory
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in cycle count and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
