Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily inspections and maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
