Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the facility
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to and from our Industrial Park location
