Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper PPE usage
- Document all transactions in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Stable night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
