Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory receiving, storage, and shipping procedures using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant certification
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Enforce strict safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures and emergency response
- Optimize warehouse workflow through efficient stacking, space utilization, and FIFO rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity KPIs
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
