Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support outbound shipping processes including packaging and labeling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with weekend availability
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
