Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and accurately
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Complete daily productivity reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
