Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Maintain organized warehouse layout following FIFO protocols and safety standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Stable night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Basic math skills and inventory system familiarity
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- 1+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
