Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in a 24/7 environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with facility maintenance and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our facility in NYC
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts between 6 PM - 6 AM
