Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a 24/7 environment
- Load/unload shipments with precision while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete electronic shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
