Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation protocols
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document shipping/receiving data and resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM-7 AM shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
