Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct daily cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
