Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize and stage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient workflows.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and timely.
- Assist in quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
