Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with precision.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all shipments meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
