Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect, sort, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery while maintaining accurate records
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for night shift schedules
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
