Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
