Job Overview
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution operations run smoothly during our prime hours. You will work closely with a dedicated team to manage inventory and prepare orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Package and label products according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for daily delivery routes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
