Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently during night shifts.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, label, and track inventory in real-time.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and damage.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory management.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
