Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyances using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow during night shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
