Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Hand Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a night shift schedule consistently (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
