As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We provide on-the-job training, so no prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock movements.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
