Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment during night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to maintain accuracy
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and participate in regular safety training
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse technology
