Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, seal, and label products for shipment using proper safety protocols.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Attendance: Must have a reliable attendance record and punctuality.
