Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle packages, pallets, and freight utilizing industrial equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain precise stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
