Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to process orders accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
