Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (if required for site access).
