Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock and materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory counts, stock inspections, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and meet company standards.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare, package, and label products for shipment using standard packaging materials and shipping carriers.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to production schedules and customer requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- License: Valid driver’s license required; forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
