Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and move freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately package and label orders for distribution to local and regional clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with warehouse machinery is preferred.
