Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of duties.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality and quantity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
