Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve workflow issues.
- Perform basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
