Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage merchandise using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance and punctuality for night shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
