Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and dollies.
- Organize and stock inventory with precision to ensure accurate order fulfillment and reduce errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Inspect machinery and equipment daily, reporting any maintenance issues immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
