Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
- Package and label goods for shipping and distribution according to strict company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
