Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize returns.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, GHS safety standards, and OSHA regulations during nightly operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shift goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
