What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and physical stamina are essential to our daily success.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect inventory for damages and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Load and unload delivery trucks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
