Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to resolve operational issues.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and math proficiency for inventory counting.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
