Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
