Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Perform accurate order picking and packing for customer shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and inventory records
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for equipment operation)
