Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately and efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality control issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Replenish inventory stock and organize storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are necessary for inventory tasks.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
