Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting and stock audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with the day shift team to transfer completed orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Lead and mentor a small team of night shift associates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
