Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and inventory accuracy
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues
- Prepare daily performance reports and communicate with department leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexibility
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and data reporting abilities
