Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with the receiving team to prevent shortages.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity targets.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and escalate complex problems to upper management immediately.
- Prepare and review daily shift reports, including productivity metrics and incident logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a supervisory role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use warehouse management software.
