Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Operate automated conveyor systems
- Complete shift reports in WMS system
- Train on new warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
- Availability for 4-5 night shifts weekly (10 PM-6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
