Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and sort inventory according to order specifications
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Adhere to OSHA standards and warehouse safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Atlanta locations
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (flexible scheduling)
- Pass basic background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
