Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting requirements
- Support unloading/loading of trailers in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to/from industrial area
