Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly production targets
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must pass background check and drug screening
