- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to maintain our industry-leading service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
