Who You Are:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist clients in navigating product features and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
