Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a clean and appealing shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Document customer feedback and report any operational issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis or Virginia locations.
