Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using computers and POS systems.
